Visual PAMSView™

The View Only Version of Visual PAMSPro™

Visual PAMSView™ provides a view only interface for the property record screens for all parcels in your existing Visual PAMSPro™ database.  It uses the same interface as Visual PAMSPro™ Professional Edition and provides the ability to search for parcels and view parcel information without utilizing a Visual PAMSPro™ license.  With Visual PAMSView™, you can perform the following functions:

• View all Property, Building, Sales, Ownership, Permits, Assessments, Events, Valuation Sheets, Exemptions, Personal Property, Snaphots, Comparables, Photos, and Drawings.
• Control Access to Visual PAMSView™ through the Visual PAMSPro™ Security Profile Wizard – Disable viewing ability and Hide features.
• Search for Property Records using Quick Searches – PIN, Property Address, and Tax Bill Name.
• Query the database with the Scratch Pad Builder.
• Use the Print Screen feature for quick printouts of any screen.
• Click on the Help Menu to access the Calculator for quick computations.
