supplement our regular line of
products, Visual PAMSPro™ offers several key
services to our clients. These services include
designing
custom Property Record Cards, additional software
programs, and custom Add-Ins for
our products. |

Property Record Card Design |
|
Visual PAMSPro™ comes with over 50 Property Record
Cards formats for your use. If none of them suits
your needs, you can create your own Property Record
Card format using the Report Designer. If you like,
we will create a custom Property Record Card format
to your exact specifications and add it to the list
of Property Record Cards available in the system. |

| Data
Conversion |
|
If you are transitioning to Visual PAMSPro™ from
another system, we can make sure that the valuable
data in your old system is automatically converted
to the Visual PAMSPro database format. This process
will eliminate costly data entry time and effort.
We have converted data from systems using many
different database and file formats, including
AS/400, UNIX, Linux, and other Windows-based
system. It is even possible to convert sketches
from other systems to our Visual PAMSDraw™ format. |

Custom Interface Design and Development |
|
We can provide the software interfaces required so
that your Visual PAMSPro™ database can communicate
with the other systems in your organization.
Interfaces which automatically handle the migration
of information between Visual PAMSPro and tax
systems, permitting systems, GIS systems, 911
systems, and more can be developed to your unique
specifications. |

Custom Add-Ins |

In addition to the Add-Ins already available in
Visual PAMSPro™, we will create custom Add-Ins for
any registered Windows™ 2000, XP, or Vista
application with an object model that provides for
such capabilities. |

Training |

complete on-site training to get you started
using our products or continuing education to
further enhance your ability to use our
software products. Our approach to training
centers around illustration of topics and
procedures utilizing your actual database
within the context of your working
environment. In addition, our systems aid in

context-sensitive Help Systems and on-line
documentation to make sure you have answers to
your questions as they present themselves in
