Hot Sheets

The Visual PAMSPro Hot Sheet allows you to view parcel-related information in an abbreviated format – a mini Visual PAMSPro. The Hot Sheet displays key information that you select related to Property, Buildings, Sales, Permits, and Assessments. You can even view Photos, Drawings, and Objects directly from the Hot Sheet.

You can access the Hot Sheet from any of the Property Record screens while either viewing or editing. The Hot Sheet will display information related to the parcel that you are currently viewing. As you move to other parcels, you can keep the Hot Sheet visible and it will display information related to your original parcel. You can also update the Hot Sheet to display information for the new parcel with a click of the mouse. You can even search for other parcels according to PIN, Old PIN, Property Address, or Tax Billing Name – all directly from the Hot Sheet.
