Batch Entry

The Visual PAMSPro Batch Entry feature is ideal for when you need to enter a large quantity of Sales, Ownership changes, Permits, Photos, Drawings, and Objects. Simply sit with your stack of files and enter one after the other, and then click the update button to send the information to the appropriate Property Records.

The Sales Batch Entry feature allows you to enter both individual Sales and Sales involving multiple parcels. For multi-parcel Sales, you enter the Sales information once, and then type in all of the parcel numbers for that Sale. When you update, the system will automatically enter the Sale on each parcel that you entered. When you run the Visual PAMSPro Sales Ratio Reports, the system will calculate the ratio correctly for these multi-parcel Sales. Only the main parcel for that Sale will be included in the Sales Ratio Report, and the Assessments for all of the parcels are summed to give you a true ratio.

When you enter Sales, the system will update the Ownership information automatically. If you have an Ownership changes unrelated to a Sale - no problem - just enter it using Ownership Batch Entry.

Download all of your photos from your camera and enter them in mass using Photos Batch Entry. The spreadsheet format makes adding photos quick and painless. You can even link Photos, Drawings, and Objects to multiple parcels.
