Our system maintains an Audit Trail which details all changes made manually by end-users or through global utilities in the program. The system automatically tracks changes down to the field level so that you can monitor work-flow and productivity. Each Audited Transaction gives you the complete before and after picture of the transaction. This provides you with the ultimate management tool to insure that your data is always safe, accurate, and explainable as it goes through the natural changes in the Assessment process.

• The Visual PAMSPro Audit Trail tracks all changes that have been made to a parcel - Add, Edit, or Delete.
• The Audit Trail includes information related to the field that was changed, the date, time, user, the original value, the new value, and much more.
• View and print information in the Audit Trail using predefined reports, Scratch Pad Queries, or even create your own reports.
